Initial situation: asymmetry and insufficient volume
Esther presented with bilateral hypomastia and mild asymmetry between both breasts. She was looking to achieve greater projection and correct the existing imbalance, obtaining a symmetrical and entirely natural-looking result adapted to her build.
Planning: correcting asymmetry and choosing volume
The pre-operative planning included a detailed morphological study to determine the differential volume required for each breast and to ensure symmetry in the final result. Latest-generation nanotextured implants were chosen, which minimise the risk of capsular contracture and offer a texture similar to natural breast tissue.
Correcting asymmetry requires individualised planning for each breast. It is not simply about choosing a size, but about designing a balanced, symmetrical result.
Result: symmetry achieved and natural projection
The post-operative result shows impeccable symmetry and a natural projection that fits Esther’s figure perfectly. The texture and drop of the implant are entirely natural, and the result is exactly what the patient was looking for from the outset.
Achieving symmetry in a breast augmentation is one of the most demanding objectives. Rigorous planning and precise technique are the key to the result.
