Traditional liposuction removes volume globally. Gluteal liposculpture is selective and artistic: it extracts fat with millimetric precision to sculpt the contour while respecting the anatomy. Risks and safety of buttock reduction

Haematomas and seromas
Accumulation of blood or fluid in the treated area. The compression garment and lymphatic drainage minimise their occurrence; when they arise they are resolved with medical management.
Contour irregularities
Minor asymmetries or skin undulations may appear in some cases. The Vaser and PAL Microaire technique greatly reduces this risk, though does not eliminate it entirely.
Sensitivity changes
It is common to experience numbness, tingling, or hypersensitivity in the treated area for weeks or months. Normal sensitivity is progressively restored.
Infection
